Migraine 1w

Fucking

I woke up with a migraine so I took my meds. It went away for 2 hours and then came back. So I took different meds. It went away for 3 hours. Then it came back. So I took more meds. It went away for 2 hours and I thought I'd be ok tonight. It came back about 20 minutes ago so I took half of a Norco and 2 aspirin. My eyes really hurt. This yo-yo bullshit is exhausting.

I wasn't paying attention

I kept going to the appointments, talking about new meds, and then they just arrived 24 hours later. I took them like a good boy. But suddenly I really looked at my daily meds... 17 daily pills, at least 5 as needed pills, insulin 2 ways, and 1 weekly injection and one injection every 3 months. I'm back to #polypharmacy
