I hate this pit of emptiness in my stomach. I hate being fake, smiling on the outside, because I have to for my job, so icky on the inside. If life gave awards I would win an Oscar and an Emmy!!!!😔

Why do I cry so much? #sodepressed

After 20 years if being a diabetic who also suffers from high blood pressure, migraines, chronic back pain, depression and anxiety, my family still thinks I'm faking my symptoms because I'm lazy, I can't work and feel like such a burden to them.
