She went early to avoid others. She wasn’t a selfish person by nature, but this was her time. People invaded her thinking process. She’d been heading out this morning’s for over a month now. Yesterday, she got within 5 feet of a large rabbit before it hopped away a little further to eat the clover. The squirrels weren’t afraid of her either. She didn’t bother them. She thought about the princess characters in those animated children’s movies. You know, the bird lands on her finger, there’s a chipmunk sitting on her shoulder, a flutterby on her head, (her granddaughter could never say butterfly correctly, and in her opinion, this was a much more accurate description,) and the deer follow closely behind her. It was creepy to think about so she quickly stopped that thought.
