Today is my 60th birthday. The first after my #BPD diagnosis, and first after #Rehab my friends and family are throwing me a party tomorrow, and Sunday I am going to Broadway. I needed to spend today alone, to make sure I have the energy and focus for the next two days. It took all day to do my nails and color my hair, and now I am sitting, quietly, with my dog and a good book in my yard. I am sure this is not what anyone would expect a celebration to be, but it is what I need. #ThisIs60
