I was having difficulty transferring my thoughts into my journal. I began berating myself; my mind was going here and there; nothing linear. My daughter eased my angst with one simple thought: "There is no wrong way to journal." I then left an open notebook nearby and jotted down thoughts as they came to me; no concern with writing on the lines. Looking back at it at the end of the day, i saw a #thoughtroadmap that led me to the insights i was looking for. Anyone else have some "non-traditional" ways of journaling?
