Why I Started Creating Youtube Videos About My Eating Disorder and Anxiety

I have struggled with anorexia for about three years. I also struggle with anxiety and depression. I created a YouTube channel to help break the stigma on mental illnesses.

I used to feel like I wasn’t able to talk about what was going on in my mind because I would be judged harshly. I want to help other people feel like it’s OK to talk about this stuff. And I hope to connect with people who watch my YouTube channel.

On my channel I have a video up about my anxiety. It describes how it feels to have anxiety and how I cope with it. My channel is still growing so all the views will be much appreciated and I encourage you to comment so I can get to know my followers. I hope to grow my channel and to connect with many people. You watching my video will help me a lot with that. Please share my video so that people who are struggling would be able to see it and connect.
