“Feel it and accept it. I find things that keep my hands busy are helpful. Right now there is a lot to be anxious about, and that’s OK.”

“Feelings suck, but it’s OK to feel them. Sometimes we have to process feelings so they no longer have power over us.”

“It may feel like you’re dying, but you aren’t. You aren’t alone in this.”

“I know it’s scary but you will get through this. You are stronger than your anxiety.”

Feeling anxiety for the first time can be scary.

Please reach out to your loved ones about ways they can support you during this time, and if you know someone with it, offering to FaceTime or asking how you can best support them can be helpful.
