I don't understand why everyone on my support team does not want listen to me :( through out the week I have slowly losing myself to this brain injury !!! It doesn't matter what I am doing or acting they don't want to see that !! It's gotten to the point where I have tried to hurt myself or end my life as it is has literally stolen from me from the inside out I am slowly losing myself #turningleaf #PTSD #assult #DomesticAbuseSurvivors
I am on the spectrum and have many sensory issues. I was recently assaulted when leaving work and I feel like my whole world is falling apart. I'm afraid I'm going to end up loosing my job because everything is so intermingled in my mind and body and I can't focus, my interpersonal skills are worse than ever despite extra effort to get along and to mask. I didn't report to my employer or police because I can't handle the additional trauma. Can anyone relate? Does anyone have suggestions that might help desensitize? Any constructive help appreciated.
