Type I, II, & III Autoimmune Polyglandular Syndromes

Looking for anyone who has experience with polyglandular autoimmune syndrome type 3. A good friend of mine has it and is really struggling, looking for some support groups or anything that might be able to help. Thank you ❤

I am under a lot of stress and as try and make things as perfectly planned as possible for my son's bar mitzvah on Saturday. I am not balancing the stress well and its causing more pain. I meditate and other basic stress relievers. What do you do to relieve stress?
