#BorderlinePersonalityDisorder Every day I wake to a recurring dread of how am I going to find motivation to survive today. I have my coffee, take my pills, do some Mindfulness and try to focus on the lists I have created and what I need to do. When I just can’t face it or my emotions begin to overtake my thoughts, I turn to music. Music gives me life and encourages me to be my best self, just by the emotions and feelings that come up from music. All kinds of music but most importantly, music with lyrics that speak to my soul.
