Having trouble sticking to intent #Breakingbadhabits
For years I have said "Stop" procrastinating,impulse buying( Ooh I want this book-gotta buy it! Don't need it. Buy it anyway, and it sits collecting dust. 5yrs later.But HAD TO BUY IT RIGHT AWAY)
Lately it's been STOP PULLING YOU HAIR OUT!
It's a pointless habit-SO STOP! Still do it!
I try the 'stop if I want to buy or watch something'
April 1, I wanted to watch my favorite childhood movie That I hadn't seen in like 27 yrs..."Child of Glass".
And so I didn't PULL for those 3 days...got around to the 4th AND I start Again! LIKE OK,WHAT/ WHY? ARE YOU HAVING WITHDRAWS?
SHOULD THIS BE HARD TO STOP?NO! I'm choosing to do it because____? Well, I don't have a valid reason
So I'm putting it on here--- 1 pm today. Restating intent "I DO NOT PULL OUT MY HAIR!!!" Accountability TIME!
