brittle asthma

Any tips or suggestions for being a wheelchair user? I'm currently housebound due to my physical health issues, occupational therapy have arranged for a wheelchair to be delivered today. Am a bit nervous and worried about using it, going out, being judged etc. #ChronicIllness #MyalgicEncephalomyelitis #BrittleAsthma #Endometriosis

Currently stuck in a cycle of push and crash. Living in Aus. with the bushfire smoke rn is literally stiffling. Not coping with the "I just take Ventolin, you should too" or "I can't hear anything" jibes from colleagues/professionals. Currently laid out in bed, fatigued beyond belief, with an immoveable elephant on my chest. At least there's Buffy. #BrittleAsthma #SilentLung #Coughvariantasthma
