    What are your hydration habits?

Let’s talk water. How much do you drink? Do you constantly feel dehydrated? (You’re not alone, one stat claims that 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated.)

If it’s a really big struggle for you to increase your H2O intake, what makes it hard?

If you’re normally well hydrated, any tips or tricks for how you do it? (Mighty staffer Kat drinks 2-3x the amount of the water if there’s a straw involved!)

    Heart Failure

I think I am entering into the endgame at this point. Heart failure seems like the most likely cause. Tomorrow is my youngest‘s ninth birthday, so I need to make sure I hold on a few more days. It sucks that it’s the holidays right now, and no matter what I am going to pass close to special days for people. I just hope that they can remember the good and not have it be something that reduces their enjoyment. That would be very sad because I absolutely love the holidays! I am excited to celebrate his birthday with him tomorrow.

    Your story

    What is your story?
    Is it happy or sad
    Have there been times
When you’ve just been so mad
    That you threw things
    Smashed them
    Against the wall
    And hoped that time
Would take care of it all
    Looking in the mirror
    Hating who was looking back
    Feeling like life is
    One big attack
    Your story may be full
    Of twists and turns
    Times where you’ve been burned
    But one thing bears repeating
No matter what’s around the bend
It’s nowhere near time for your story to end.

When was the last time you asked for help? How did it go and what was it for?

Asking for help can take a lot of courage, especially if ableism and self-doubt have made you feel unworthy of it in the past. Everybody needs to ask for help at some point, but it can still feel a bit nerve-wracking every time you have to do it.

What happened the last time you asked for help? Were you able to get the help you needed?

Mighty staffer Skye shared that she recently asked for help getting to and from her doctors’ appointments this week. Luckily, she was able to get appointments that worked with her family’s schedules and her family has just been excited to see her working on her health. (Although she did have to walk to the dentist!)

If you recently got the strength to ask for help, good for you! If not, we’ll keep practicing together.

    Law of Attraction

What do you guys think about this? Do you agree that the more you focus on something the bigger it gets? If so, what do you think happens when you focus on negativity? Do you think a change in perspective can help you? Or is this just silly talk?

~ Thanks to all. Thanks for all. ~

Speaking of thanks for all, I was hoping we could acknowledge everyone who comments below. I know it seems like a small gesture, but many people here have never opened up to anyone before and being open and honest with strangers can be quite scary. So, if we could show our gratitude by giving their comment a simple reply or heart, I’m sure they would really appreciate your team support. What do you say?
