it’s always nice to be reminded that yes, we all have a lot of work to do but.. the work isn’t always easy.
it’s oftentimes so hard and scary and difficult and uncomfortable and it shouldn’t be unacknowledged that in the search for better, we may struggle.
but we have to be willing to face our fears and also possibly experience great internal discomfort if what we really do want is change.
change isn’t born out of complacency but instead maybe born out of challenge and compassion. #change #selfwork #complacency #compassion #challenge
