The COVID-19 outbreak marks the first time many people in the U.S. have had to wear masks out in public. At first, the Centers for Disease Control guidance said Americans do not need to wear masks outside but has since changed its guidance. Now that everyone is encouraged, and in some places mandated, to wear a mask when interacting outside their homes, finding masks for sale can be a challenge.

Fortunately, a new, first of its kind, subscription service is making it easier for you and your family to stay protected. MaskClub, launched on April 10, offers maks with kid-friendly prints such as CareBears, the LooneyTunes and Superman. The masks from MaskClub cost $9.99 a month with a monthly subscription or a one-time fee of $13.99.

MaskClub offers over 2,000 different styles, and subscription members can choose to receive a different mask each month. These masks come in one size, with the fabric of the mask measuring a 7 x 3.5 with elastic earloops. These masks are not certified by the FDA but are designed to be a protective covering for your face as advised by the CDC.

For every face mask bought through MaskClub, the company will donate a medical-grade mask to people in need through the First Responders Children’s Foundation. MaskClub donated 5,000 masks on its first official day.

In a statement on MaskClub’s website, Trevor George, the CEO of Trevco, MaskClub’s parent company, wrote that he wanted to do something more after he realized his company “could produce 20,000 non-medical face masks or coverings a day.” MaskClub launched just four days later.

People who purchase from should receive their masks 5 to 10 business days after their order. MaskClub only sells face masks to people living in the United States at this time.
