I saw this on YouTube and it said it was good for stress and possibly depression and anxiety. Wondered what's everyone's thoughts or experiences.
So I did culling on my jaw for my jaw pain and it really helps but now my face looks like this 😂
I had my first cupping experience today. only 5ish minutes to see how my body would react. I’m aware that there are side effects and risks. I had NSAID injections in my neck afterwards. I felt relief in my neck and shoulders, however, the pain in my upper neck exasperated. some muscle soreness as well.
I began feeling faint about an hour after my appointment. thought that it was because I needed to eat or drink more 💧 🥘. extreme weakness in my entire body and especially my arms and knees, fatigue, and dizziness. my dr recommended water intake and rest. 7 hours later and I still feel like 💩
has anyone else had symptoms like these?
So, I'm excited to say that tomorrow I am going to try fire cupping for the first time ☺️. I'm new to massage and have previously tried deep tissue massage twice which really helped my bad muscle knots.
Cupping seems different and exciting and is said to benefit Fibromyalgia.
I've been posting a lot of gloomy things since arriving in this community and wanted to ask something more positive.
Has anyone tried this? Is there any other holistic treatments that you would recommend for chronic pain?
