Through the years I have learned and often use the expression, " if you can name it, you can tame it".
You may not change or cure the situation but knowing it's name takes away the crippling uncertainty of the unknown. #dancing with life
My tendons hurt sometimes. Moreso after uncommon uses. It encourages ever lessening amounts of activity, but that just leads down hill... Anyone else just put on music and dance in their basement? What do you listen to? I miss #Refit during #COVID19 ... but wiggling around on my own is good too
