It’s 4 am EST, been awake since 2:40….anyone else up and drinking their coffee?
I’ve had this early waking for over 6 months. I’m taking 2 triazolam per my doctor plus a muscle relaxer before bed which would put a “normal” person in a coma! Not this girl. Nopenopenope. Then, as a migraineur, on that comes about mid morning and I get nothing done. I’m a zombie and then have to take my migraine meds…super vicious cycle. Just venting, thank you #Insomnia #awakebutnot #Zombie #darkcircles
