#Fibromyalgia my 27 year old niece is having problems getting, not only SSDI, but getting either her job back with the accommodations she's had unofficially for 2 years or getting the unemployment due her when HR put her on unpaid leave because the accommodations had become official. She has been on unpaid leave for at least two months, had to move back home because she couldn't pay rent, buy food or the medicine she needs for all the things that go along with fibromyalgia. She's had no luck getting a lawyer who actually knows what they're doing with reguards to someone so young with fibromyalgia and also the discrimination by the HR person who refused to accept the accommodations for a disabled worker that have been working for the store and said worker for the last two years. Can anyone give me advice re: #disabilitylawyers #Discrimination
