So I don’t really know what’s going on with me lately. You’d think that this would be a time where you’re happy and full of joy and laughter but I’ve been really depressed. There doesn’t seem to be any reason as to why I’m feeling this way and that scared and frustrates me. I feel like I’m invisible to a lot of people. It’s difficult for me to be friendly a lot of time because I’m in a lot of pain on most occasions #fibromyalgiapain . I know what people want me to do for them but I just can’t do that and so I’m left feeling weird and awkward and like maybe people think I’m some kind of Scrooge or something because I don’t smile a lot. It takes too much energy out of me to put on a mask for others around me to feel comfortable #ChronicFatigue . I want to feel what others feel during the Christmas season but instead I just feel depressed or nothing. I’m just flat on the emotion grid. For those of you who read this. Thank you. I hope this helps you in some small way. I know it helps when others post on here so I’m returning the favor. Don’t worry, I’m not suicidal. Just down and confused about why I’m feeling this way.
