What keeps you going whether that's through the next week, day, or hour. I often find my motivation has to do with seeing or talking to friends. I often tell myself that if I can just make it through this week, I get to see (or see virtually through Skype) Angela*. Sometimes the motivation is even smaller, like getting to watch a tv show if I can make it through work. Sometimes finding that motivation is a lot easier than other times. I'm curious to know where you find your motivation.
