I haven’t ever done something like this but I am desperate. I feel like I don’t have much else to turn to. I have moved states, ended a relationship, started a new one, changed jobs twice and still am not living up to the expectations others want from me when handling all of this. I feel alone in a world that seems to be inconsiderate of anxiety and depression and what it can do to a person. Scared.
