New Hack

Since I am having a lot of problems keeping up an appetite, I have decided to get myself a snack drawer by my bed! It has candies, crackers, chips and protein bars! I have found that eating snacks while distracted by shows or games is a lot easier than purposefully finding/struggling through lunch. And of course, any food is better than no food!

I also read somewhere that sugar is a good way to wake up your appetite. A couple of cookies and 20 minutes later you might be more open to eating a meal! #foodsensitivity #Fibromyalgia

How can you differentiate between a #foodallergy and a #foodsensitivity ? Are there specific signs your body shows?

I'm in my mid-20s and think I may have an issue with digesting dairy now but can't tell. I have a younger sister that's in her early 20s and she has a dairy sensitivity.
