Foot pain and EDS

New fun pain thing:my feet. No idea what changed but no shoe is comfortable anymore. My PT told me a while back that I have EDS feet and would likely need bunion surgery. I had hoped I had longer and really don't want another surgery. Has anyone has this issue or have any advice? #bendybunch #HEDS #footpain

Ongoing foot pain #Fibromyalgia #footpain

Today on chronic illness blows: The orthopedic surgeon debunked what his PA said about my left foot and leg pain. He said I do not have a bone spur but simply a lump from previous injuries and the tendons are not tight enough for him to recommend surgery. I got my hopes up that there was a straight forward fix and now I am hurt and disappointed.
He referred me to Neurology to explore possible nerve causes (neuropathy can occur in Fibromyalgia), told me to see physical therapists, and changed my medication from Gabapentin to Lyrica.

Does anyone else with Fibromyalgia have peripheral neuropathy or other other small nerve issue #Fibromyalgia #footpain

I have been having a hell of a year with my feet (especially my left). I have had custom orthotics, injections and physical therapy 2-3 times per week.  I am seeing an orthopedist Friday but maybe I should see a neurologist instead.  It hurts to walk or stand, and pressure also hurts.  I work full time as a Medical Assistant but I am at the point that I dread working because it means I have to put on shoes and walk.

Does anyone have chronic foot pain?

I have sesamodititis in my left foot (kind of feels like my right foot too) and a Morton's Neuroma in my left foot. It has been two years and the last few days the pain has gotten worst. I've tried so many things and nothing really worked. It's really frustrating to not be able to walk without being in pain and thinking about pain. It really affects my mental health. #ChronicPain #footpain #sesamoiditis
