Something I've learned as a nervous system educator working with parents and caregivers: healing generational trauma doesn't happen in one big breakthrough moment. It happens in small, unglamorous choices a breath before you react, a pattern you notice and interrupt just once.

If you're a parent or caregiver trying to raise a child differently than you were raised, you're doing harder work than people realize. It's okay if it's messy. It's okay if you don't get it right every time. Noticing the pattern is already the beginning of changing it. #Parenting #generati #Trauma Informed #Caregivers
