I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired. 😩 I broke my ankle for not being careful and being on a manic episode. I’m now hurting. I can’t do this I feel so depressed and desperate. I can’t get any sleep now I have a cast on. 😫😭😭😓 why me..... I just wanna give up.

I’m wide awake, despite being physically, emotionally and mentally shattered. I’m watching old episodes of Only Connect on YouTube, trying to relax. Which is working quite well. I shall attempt to sleep after this episode, although my chest infection, anxiety and The Cat might have something to say about it
