First time posting here. I’ve been struggling hard with a major depressive episode. Trying to hang in there. All I do is sleep. 12+ hours a day. It’s exhausting just existing. Yesterday was my birthday and it was, well, very underwhelming. I have an upcoming appointment to hopefully start IM Ketamine therapy. I truly pray this works. Nothing else has.
