Who here struggles with chronic pain, particularly joint pain? I’ve been struggling with this for years. I try to not take NSAIDs due to drug interactions and other issues, but sometimes I just have to. Something that I’ve found to be a helpful alternative however is KT or kinesiology tape. My knees are currently pretty unstable, so I’m using KT tape currently to help provide support and pain relief. This is just one of the many tools in my toolbox to deal with chronic joint pain. If you have an injury, it’s also really important to RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevate). Anyway, hope this helps someone.
