Moving Video Shows 11-Year-Old Cancer Patient's Incredible Strength
Mary Browder was diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma, a cancer of the lymphatic system, in January of last year, according to the video below. But the 11-year-old from Kentucky never lost her infectious smile. Her strength was so tangible, that it inspired Soul Pancake to make a video about Mary’s journey.
“Everything with her is upbeat and fun,” Mary’s nurse at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital says in the video below. “She never complained. Even if she didn’t really feel good, you’d never know it. She just puts off this beam of sunshine everywhere she’s at.”
Now, after six months of treatment, Mary is in remission.
