Are You In Crisis and Need Help Now?

If you are currently in crisis and want immediate assistance, you can speak with a trained counselor at Crisis Textline by texting “HOME” to 74174.

If you are outside of the U.S., you can text “HOME” to 686868 in Canada, “HOME” to 85258 in the U.K. or refer to this international resource guide from To Write Love on Her Arms.
