I have been struggling to find people who relate to my current emotional state and I know there are people out there going through the same concerns, anxieties and lows as me.

If we could aggregate them together, we can all find someone similar and be less alone! What you do you think?

I have anxiety and stress that my work life is bad, my relationship isn't what it should be, and my life is unbalanced. I don't know how to focus and be a positive being I know I should besides faking it. I feel tired and unstable about what to do when the situation arises that I need to address one of these things.

Ways I've been coping with it is trying to remind myself that I can only change one thing at a time, so deciding which one to focus on is the biggest question I have. I can't choose which one impacts me more but I think I'm going to choose my work life.
