I live in the Philippines. I been emotionally abused 5 yrs ago. Im not shaking anymore now and finally i feel that i already own myself. But sometimes if i encounter abuser that trying to abuse me again I acted like super brave woman. I am not really afraid even i will fight with a man. I'm so brave in words and emotionally. but not occurs often it's just happen sometimes if i think it's too much they doing. #needATrumaCoach #trumaSurvivor
