I have begun to pack smaller amounts of food for my meal at work and been forcing myself to focous on the food I'm eating so I don't eat it too fast 😁. Also trying to stop from avoiding eating in public, because i usually loose myself in the food and finish the entire plate before I realize how much I'm putting in my mouth. But I can eat slower, just need to force myself to have better control of it.

I know it sounds so simple but I've always had an issue with food and i want to gain control of it. Honestly this is one of the most difficult things I've done is a long time.

I want to be healthy, I want to be a good example to my kids by living a healthy life and never giving up on improving with self love and self respect. Even been getting myself up earlier so i can do my morning yoga 🧘‍♀️
