When I think of forming new healthier habits, the phrase “if it were that easy anybody could do it!” comes to mind. I recently heard about #piggybacking ; take behavior you can realistically target and attach it with another positive. I want to increase time spent reading. I love my morning coffee-time. Coffee and reading then tidying up are now, hopefully, one big happy task I’ll try to tackle each day.
