I havent spoken to my brother or mom in three days. I am using a text to speech app now. It reduces my anxiety a lot more. Somedays I feel trapped my mom is very toxic and just like me so we fight often. Its worse now because we are all stuck in the house together. I'm hanging in there though. #pma
