Somebody closing the bathroom door can Jerk me out of bed w/ Full on adrenaline ! Upstairs drops somthin on the floor & it’s like gettin woken up by a shotgun . How the heck can one sleep ? I have a sound machine my room is dark - what helps ?!???!!
