How do I not hurt his feelings by saying the smell of his food he’s so proud of in the crockpot is making me so nauseous I don’t want to be here?

My hubby is excited to try a new BBQ Rib recipe in the crock pot and not enough pot in the house will drown out the smell of something I used to love but hate so much now. Food was my therapy but now is my enemy. #SMASyndrome #Gastroparesis #Spoonie #Tubiestrong

What should I do?

Have slept alot for the past 2 days. Only awake for about a total of 10 hours. Haven't eaten or drank at all until about 1 hour ago. 1/2 serving of ramen. Severe stomach pain from it. Unable to drink water pain free either. Lots of belching. Severe stabbing pain under right ribs in front, side and back. Pain comes in waves and shoots down to right flank. Peed only twice. No clouding, dark color or smell. Could I have #SMASyndrome again, another kidney infection or something else?
