Current state...developed bronchitis almost overnight and of course we all know that makes the fibromyalgia gremlins come out to play too. Pain in my lower back and legs is crazy sore tonight...was trying to think of a way to explain it and the closest I can get is: I have walked for days and now have a fibro gremlin sticking a hot poker in my hip joints and rolling it across my lower back and knee joints. And throw in a little pins n needles-y feeling now and again.

Time for some hot tea, a snack, and some series to distract my brain until I can fall asleep. (Both my kids are sick too, so can't dose myself on pain meds because I have to be there if they need me.) Suggestions for future series/movie binge nights are welcome 🙃
