My dry mouth finally bothered me enough to convince myself that although the head and neck oncologist said there was nothing wrong with me, I knew better. I went to another, non oncology ENT. And she asked sharp incisive questions and guess what I have Sjögren syndrome. Thurs night I was very very sad. I have so many problems. But I started the medication and I already see positive changes in some of the symptoms.
