I am struggling to overcome this yet with no therapy so far - hopefully will have some soon. C-PTSD has made me somehow unable to get much of anything done. I experienced the trauma for too long and too pervasively and now I live in a heavenly home on the beach with a huge raise at work that I cannot take advantage of because when I am alone, I freeze up and avoid getting anything I need to do finished - including replacing my work contract so I will have a new job each year, a current easy project involving medical malpractice, and my endless divorce. alone
