I am doing my planning for 2026.
And I chose a word for the year.
Which got me thinking about you all - and if you choose a word for the year to focus on and build intentions around.

I don't have much energy.
So I really wish to use my energy deliberately.
On the habits I wish to cultivate.
I don't have many - due to lack of energy.
But I do have some.
And I wish to make room, space, and time for as many as possible.
