Why is it that we seek #Approval ? OMG, I know in my right mind that it doesn't matter, but WTF, why does my unhealthy mind want it so badly? #Judgdment and unsolicited #Advice have really dragged me down today. On a good day, it would #validate that they really don't know me at all, but right now, all it is doing is validating what my mental illness wants it to. #wordsmatter
Okay, so I don't always like my artwork and lately I feel like it's terrible. Or that it's just not good enough. I'd love to feel confident in it and sell some of it someday but I feel like it's not worthy. I wish I was as talented as other people or that it was at least as good as I would hope. And if one person doesn't like it, I feel like no one will. Why do I need so much approval? Are you guys like that too?
