Finally, got up enough courage to begin my online yoga teacher training about a month ago. The pressure to finish is low and that’s a great thing. Which means I be Lee I’ve I’ll be able to complete this. As well as be involved in adding to a lifestyle I desire of more light and managing better the darker times. I also wish to help others mentally and physically. I had to relearn in order to be of any service to anyone or anything, I’ve got to help myself first. Been awhile since I’ve posted anything here.
