Hello, my name is Karyn. I live in Australia in one of the coldest regions. Our house only has wood heating so we have to start the fires in the morning when it's all frozen everywhere and it takes half the day to warm the house. Pain and cold don't travel well together but this is also a beautiful place which I appreciate when I get to see the sun rising and reflecting colours off the ice or the times we get snow and it's quiet and magnificent. I've told my boyfriend yet again I'm leaving, he wont stop me. Even though he knows my bipolar moods are real he still does not understand that I need his help. He thinks I'm just a jealous, not normal woman who could put forth more effort... If he only knew how much I've been really trying! But he's stubborn and wont budge, so here i go... never lived alone , scared , confused and still cant stop what I'm doing to myself. I need help. I'm losing it all.

I adore reading, takes me to another world, along the characters. When I'm unable to focus with audible books, I turn to music and rhythm, bird song and rain. The beauty of nature never fails to amaze and distract me, whether it be the outline of a tree, a single leaf or flower.
