I recently suffered a sever burn to my dominant hand. During the recovery process doing things such as being able to do my hair, or basic hygiene things, or even simply plugging my phone in, had become extremely painful since all of this and more involve me putting some sort of pressure on my hand. And today I found myself brushing my hair with my left hand. But then I can’t comb all of it without switching hand. I switch hands but then drop the brush in pain. I started to cry because i realized that I needed help. And asking for help has always need a struggle for asking as I can remember. #Depression #Anxiety #BurnInjury
