Tips on keeping hair clean and washed , when chronic pain and mental health get in the way ,
I get so much anxiety about not showering and smelling bad .
But sometimes it's so difficult , and most dry shampoos give me a reaction ?
So any tips for oily curly hair to keep it at least smelling a bit nicer if I can't wash it ?
