In “acceptance phase” after 53 yrs of masking & confusion. Found site after researching daughters ASD learning challenges. Led to self diagnosis, neuro exams & clinical confirmation.

To my “sisters of a certain age” deep in it who’ve gone undiagnosed yet managed to raise (neuro a-typical) children, maintain a marriage (for ANY amount of time), work IN and/or outside of the home, and generally carve a semblance of a “kind of” life in a world where science has only recently begun to see us - BRAVA!!! You’re doing it!!
