I did it
Did day 5 work out this morning, even though I only slept 4 hours. Not my normal routine to get so little sleep but something came up... instead of snoozing longer, I still kept my commitments for today. I feel great about this. But I do feel moody today, impulsive, and am having greater level of difficulty controlling my emotions. Deep breath. Take it easy. Love myself. Find the good. Cheer me on folks.
