This morning it didn’t seem to be a bad day. Now my leg is killing me. Maybe because I am stressed because my blood work results are not out yet. Maybe because I have a doctors appointment coming up and no hope that they find what I have? There are days that are so heavy.

No need to carry the weight of depression on your own reach for a life line. A person you can depend on to put some pep in your step. To live the situation up! Positively!
I just don’t know what to do with my mental health anymore . I try to reach for help only to have them let me down. They canceled my appointment and that was it . I don’t know what else to do ???? I reached out and it got me nowhere.
I am feeling so depressed and as though I don't care about myself at all. I just spend my days in bed. I wanted to do something productive but just don't feel able to. Does anyone else feel like this? I just want to know that I'm not alone. #feelingdepressed #notcaringaboutmyself #stayinginbed
