Need help please

I am struggling with words with my current therapist.
I currently have to pay quite abit so it adds up and can only see her once a month and that's not enough for me.
She's okay but I really want a psychiatrist that's accepting new patients even if it's on zoom. Anybody from Nanaimo B.C. know of anyone? And that accepts people on disability income too.

Supported living #Supportedliving #BPD #funding

I’ve been in hospital 4 months today under a mental health team I’ve not said for the last week or so and constantly thought about things and feel a independent supported living place would be best to fit my needs right now I’ve spoken to my CMH worker who’s yet to get back to me but anyone in the uk now the process needed for this I’m hanging on to hope atm because there’s the thing that’s keeping my going but I’m scared ☹️ someone reassure me I’m gonna get the help I desperately need 😢
